The festivals are the popular and cultural expression of Alto Turia. The most important celebrations are San Antonio Abad, the mayos, pilgrimages and patron saint and summer festivals. Some municipalities, such as Aras de los Olmos and Titaguas, celebrate the fat festivals every seven years, or Tuéjar every five years.

In addition, "Fiestas Gordas" are celebrated " every seven years in Aras de los Olmos, where the "entramoro" is performed (in August; last in 2016, next in 2023) and Titaguas, where the “mojiganga” dance is danced (in September; last in 2016, next in 2023) and every five in Tuéjar, with entries by Moors and Christians and the "Rodá de the flag" (in August; latest in 2015, next in 2020).
